Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview
At Tehillah Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this Return & Refund Policy explains how you can return items and request a refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Certain items are non‑returnable, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
Intimate or sanitary products.
Gift cards.
Customized or personalized items.
3. Return Process
Contact our support team at returns@tehillah.store to initiate a return.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at returns@tehillah.store.
7. International Returns
Customers outside Nigeria are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with returns.
Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
